Kami Fehlig, Au.D.
Director of Audiology
Dr. Fehlig is the Director of Audiology at Spokane ENT where she has been employed since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Washington University in 1991. From there she went on to receive her Masters of Arts in Speech & Hearing Sciences from Washington State University in 1993. In June of 2010, she was awarded a Doctor of Audiology Degree from A.T. Still University.
Dr. Fehlig has done rotations in all aspects of Audiology including diagnostics, electrophysiology, hearing aids, & cochlear implants. Her current primary focus of clinical practice is cochlear implants. Dr. Fehlig’s professional organizations include American Academy of Audiology, Washington State Speech & Hearing Association, & the American Speech & Hearing Association.
Dr. Fehlig has done volunteer work in the area of Children with Special Health Care Needs throughout her career including Medical Homes Initiatives & Birth to Three Programs. In July 2006 Governor Gregoire nominated her for the position of Executive Commissioner for the State Interagency Coordinating Council for Birth to Three.
Betty Gilchrist, Au.D.
Dr. Betty Gilchrist is an audiologist who specializes in electrophysiological testing, including balance assessment and newborn hearing testing. Dr. Gilchrist also sees patients of all ages for diagnostic hearing testing. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat clinic since 2005.
Dr. Gilchrist completed her masters degree in audiology from Washington State University in 2005 and her doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University in 2009. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
Michele Greenwood, Au.D.
Dr. Michele Greenwood has been an audiologist at Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat since 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in 1994, Master’s degree from the University of Colorado in 1997 and doctorate degree through A.T. Still University in 2012.
Over the years, Dr. Greenwood has worked in most areas of audiology including diagnostic hearing testing for all ages, electrophysiology testing, hearing aids and cochlear implants. She presently specializes in balance assessment and newborn hearing testing. She is a member of the American Speech/Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
Tracy Hoover, Au.D.
Dr. Tracy Hoover is an audiologist who specializes in electrophysiology. This includes testing for balance and dizziness as well as newborn hearing testing. She works with all patients, pediatric to geriatric, for diagnostic hearing testing at all ENT locations. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose, and Throat since 2014.
Tracy received her undergraduate in neurobiology and doctorate in audiology from the University of Iowa. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Board of Audiology. She is a member of ASHA and the American Academy of Audiology.
Lindsay Milks, Au.D.
Dr. Lindsay Milks has been an audiologist at Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat since 2009. She received her Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2005 from Western Washington University and her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Washington in 2010.
Dr. Milks is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. She currently does diagnostic hearing tests, videonystagmography testing, and computerized dynamic posturography.
Pamela Polensky-Bonser, Au.D.
Dr. Pamela Polensky-Bonser is an audiologist who specializes in cochlear implants. Cochlear implants include: evaluations, counseling, selection and programming implants. Dr. Polensky-Bonser also works in the clinic performing diagnostic evaluations on all ages of patients. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic since 2003.
Dr. Polensky-Bonser completed her Master’s degree in audiology from Washington State University in 1998 and her doctorate degree in audiology from A.T. Still University in 2010. She is a certified audiologist with the American Speech-Language Association and licensed in the state of Washington. She is a member with the American Academy of Audiology and the Washington State Academy of Audiology.
Suzanne Reed, Au.D.
Dr. Suzanne Reed is an audiologist specializing in electrophysiological testing, including balance assessment and newborn hearing testing. Dr. Reed also performs diagnostic hearing evaluations on patients of all ages. She has been with Spokane Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic since 2016.
Dr. Reed received her doctorate in Audiology from Utah State University in 2016. She is a certified audiologist with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
Jonathan Ziegler, Au.D.
Dr. Jonathan Ziegler is an audiologist who specializes in cochlear implants; this includes programming, counseling, and candidate assessment. Dr. Ziegler also performs general diagnostic testing on patients of all ages. Dr. Ziegler completed his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Liberty University, located in Central Virginia, in 2007 and his Doctorate degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University in 2013. Dr. Ziegler has been with Spokane ENT Clinic since 2013.
